1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website techdadmedia.com or engaging with any services provided by Tech Dad Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Tech Dad Media provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• ✓Search engine optimization (SEO)
• ✓Google Business Profile management

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for services are defined in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each client proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are 30 or more days past due.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner
• ✓Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets as required
• ✓Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
• ✓Ensure all provided content (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of final website deliverables and custom creative assets created specifically for their project. Tech Dad Media retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly plans carry a three-month minimum, then run month to month and may be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle with written notice. Full details, including the client ownership guarantee, are in the Service Agreement. Work completed up to a termination date will be invoiced and is due. Setup fees and deposits are non-refundable once work begins, unless Tech Dad Media fails to commence work within the agreed timeframe.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we work diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes, Tech Dad Media cannot guarantee specific results such as particular search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue increases. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client industry.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Dad Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

10. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Tech Dad Media from our business line, (513) 912-1914. They apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.

• ✓Program — Tech Dad Media sends conversational text messages to people who contact us and to active clients. Messages relate to your inquiry, your project, or your account. We do not send promotional blasts or bulk marketing texts.
• ✓How You Opt In — You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on a form on this site, by texting our business line first, or by calling our business line and leaving a message we reply to by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• ✓Message Frequency — Frequency varies. Most conversations are a handful of messages. There is no recurring scheduled send.
• ✓Message & Data Rates — Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• ✓Opt Out — Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts from that number. You will get one confirmation, then nothing else. To start again, text START or contact us.
• ✓Help — Reply HELP to any message, email will@techdadmedia.com, or call (513) 912-1914.
• ✓Carriers — Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carrier support can change without notice.
• ✓Your Information — We do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
