3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each client proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are 30 or more days past due.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• ✓Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets as required
• ✓Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
• ✓Ensure all provided content (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of final website deliverables and custom creative assets created specifically for their project. Tech Dad Media retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is due. Deposits are non-refundable unless Tech Dad Media fails to commence work within the agreed timeframe. Ongoing monthly retainer services may be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle with written notice.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we work diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes, Tech Dad Media cannot guarantee specific results such as particular search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue increases. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client industry.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Dad Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
